Every day, between 11 AM and 3 PM, Punjabi Dhaba offers a lunch buffet equipped with a variety of North Indian favorites. Enjoy a rotating menu of dishes packed with explosive flavor while indulging in a lunch experience that always feels fresh.

Based on recommendations from friends, I came to Punjabi Dhaba with high expectations. The food was amazing, and exceeded anything I could have imagined. The buffet was full of fresh, delicious food. The patrons were all friendly and clearly having a great time. 10/10 will definitely return.
These guys don't play with their cuisine. They have the food to impress you, large portions and decent amount of meat, even the naan tastes better than many fancier restaurants. I loved it, quality for a good price!
Absolutely delicious food! We saw a random advertisement of this restaurant on a billboard on I-10 and stopped to grab some food. They had buffet and we loved the food. They had both vegetarian and non vegetarian options in the buffet and yummy!

Second to None: Punjabi Dhaba is the only large-scale North Indian caterer serving Louisiana, Mississippi, and Mobile, Alabama.
Mr. Surmukh "Goli" Singh, a native of Punjab, India, moved to the United States in 2012 in search of better opportunities. Mr. Singh hoped to settle down in Louisiana, where his parents lived, and began working to support himself. In 2014, he and a friend banded together to purchase a Kentucky gas station. After another four years, Mr. Singh finally returned to Louisiana with his parents, having acquired his first gas station in the state.

In 2011, Mr. Paul moved to the United States from Jammu, India. He started his career in the US working at a gas station. In 2018, Mr. Paul and Mr. Singh, who had known each other from India, reconnected and became business partners, co-owning their first gas station in Louisiana.
Mr. Qutab Singh Negi, an experienced chef from India, moved to New York in 2016. He wanted to advance his career by working at an Indian restaurant in New York. After being offered a place on the Punjabi Dhaba team, Chef Negi would move to Louisiana.
